• A customer may choose to opt in or opt out of SMS at anytime. Our new client form also has an the option to choose SMS as a method of communication. 

*Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties. 

• SMS is used to communicate between office staff and customers during the business day. The text line is not monitored after hours. 
• If you have consented to receive text messages from Elite Equine Veterinary Services, you may receive text messages related to a doctor being late to an appointment, needing more clear directions or gate codes, or a confirmation that your prescription order is ready.
